Recovery + Resilience
This is where I talk about healing that doesn’t follow a straight line. Recovery isn’t just sobriety, it’s coming back to yourself again and again. This pillar is for anyone who’s had to start over, sit in the mess, and still find their way forward.
Pillar III - Recovery + Reslience
Recovery is my rhythm. My lens.
This is where I talk about the strength it takes to come back to myself — again and again.
I’m a woman in recovery:
From addiction. From childhood trauma.
From diet culture, PTSD, shame, and the pressure to stay “busy” and be “fine.”

Recovery isn’t a chapter I closed.
It’s a practice.
A way of seeing the world — and myself — through something softer and stronger than survival.

Resilience isn’t a flex.
It’s a quiet, human refusal to give up on healing.
Even when it’s chaotic. Even when it’s messy. Even when it hurts like hell.
This is where I share my recovery journey — the tools I use to cope, the ways I manage my mental health, and the truth I’ve come to believe:
Resilience doesn’t mean you never break.
It means you keep rebuilding.

Recovery is not a return. I don't want to go back to the person I was before addiction, before I found recovery. I want to continue evolving, changing, becoming.
And ultimately growing into a version of myself that’s stronger, steadier, and more sooo human than ever.
