I Kept This to Myself for 30 Days…

I must admit something. I’ve been keeping a secret for the last 30 days.
Not because I was trying to keep something from you— but because I really wanted to do my due diligence before I spoke about Cymbiotika.
Truthfully? I could’ve screamed from the rooftops by day 3. But responsible Hilary said, finish the 30 days first… then talk.
So here we are. 30+ days in—and now I’m officially screaming.
If you’ve been here, you know how strongly I felt about AG1. And how genuinely disappointed I was when I developed a sensitivity to biotin. I had such success with that product that I honestly didn’t think I’d find anything that compared.
Let’s just say… since November, I’ve kissed a lot of frogs.
I tried a lot of supplements. Bad taste. Skin reactions. No noticeable results.
I was frustrated—and honestly starting to feel like maybe nothing was going to hit the way I needed it to.
Then I tried Cymbiotika.
And if I’m being honest? I almost didn’t try it.
I had seen it floating around social media and in some very bougie medical skincare centers… and the influencer-heavy marketing kind of turned me off. Add in the price point, and I kept scrolling for months.
Until the end of February.
I saw it again—this time in a medical-grade skincare center that only carries very curated, high-quality products. That made me pause.
So instead of impulse buying, I went home and did what we all do — a deep dive with Doctor Google.
And I liked what I found.
Clean, plant-based ingredients. Transparent, third-party testing.
No synthetic fillers, artificial flavors, or preservatives.
Yes—the price came up. It always does.
But at some point, I had to ask myself: what am I actually investing in when it comes to my health?
So I took their online quiz.
And… Here I am, ready to share my thoughts and feelings around Cymbiotika.
What I’m Taking + What I’ve Noticed
Since the end of February, quite literally the longest month of my life, I decided to give Cymbiotika a try. This is what I’ve been taking and how I have been feeling since then.

Inflammatory Health
As a woman approaching 50, living with fibromyalgia and navigating hormonal shifts, I need support. Period.
This oral, daily capsule, is formulated with botanical ingredients, focused on supporting a healthy inflammatory response and helping the body manage oxidative stress (aka: when free radicals outweigh antioxidants and start causing damage).
What I’ve noticed?
Less baseline inflammation. Reduced pain in my upper extremities (where my fibro likes to flare) —like I’ve taken ibuprofen — without taking ibuprofen.
And overall? I just feel… better.

This is their “master antioxidant” support—and I take it straight from the packet (because we don’t play games over here). With key benefits including reducing oxidative stress (there’s that term again), boosting immune function, supporting liver detoxification, and improving skin health. It effectively raises body stores of glutathione to combat chronic inflammation, fatigue, and cellular aging.
It’s citrusy, slightly sweet, easy.
The liposomal delivery system is designed to improve absorption—basically helping your body actually use what you’re taking instead of losing it through digestion.
What I’ve noticed?
More consistent energy. A subtle glow in my skin
And that same underlying theme—less internal stress, more balance
Another daily packet, more berry-forward in flavor.
This one is all about immune support and antioxidant protection. It is a high-concentration antioxidant that boosts the immune system, particularly in fighting cold and flu viruses. Other proven benefits include antioxidant protection from damage caused by free radicals (seeing the trend here), reduction of inflammation in the body, supports respiratory wellness, and overall, long-term health maintenance. Here. For. It.
Again—same theme: supporting the body in managing inflammation and oxidative stress.

This one… I was skeptical.
But I committed.
Drop a tablet in room temperature water, let it dissolve, and drink it first thing in the morning. Best case? Benefits. Worst case? I’m hydrating first thing—which is already a win.
Because H₂ is the smallest molecule in the universe, it quickly diffuses throughout the body, passing through cell membranes and crossing the blood-brain barrier to reduce oxidative stress-related damage. If you haven’t picked up on the overall commitment to reducing oxidative-stress damage, you need to pay more attention.
What do I notice by drinking this daily?
It basically tastes identical to regular water. Subtle but real increases in energy. Mental clarity. Less muscle fatigue.
Nothing dramatic. But consistent.
And that matters.
So, I am sticking with this daily drink of water.
Liver Health+
They did suggest an oral liver capsule as well. At first, I didn’t really question it, more blindly followed the results of the online quiz.
This was a daily blend of liver protective vitamins, herbs, and nutrients to promote optimal liver and gallbladder function. Which is great, two organs that the human body relies heavily on.
However, my liver and gallbladder function is already perfect, so while I don’t think this supplement is hurting me in any way, I don’t think it’s necessary to continue it. And if I can save a buck or two on not taking something I don’t really need, why not?
I plan to finish the second month’s product and not renew it in my autorenewal for next month.
A Quick Note on Packaging
The single-use packets? Yes—they create waste.
That’s a valid concern.
But they’re also designed to protect the stability and effectiveness of the ingredients, which can degrade with light and air exposure.
So, for me, right now, it’s a trade-off: convenience + potency vs. sustainability.
And I think it’s worth acknowledging both.
The Bigger Picture
After 30+ days, what I can say is this: I feel good. In fact, I feel really good.
Not in a hype-y, overnight transformation kind of way— but in a steady, grounded, I’m taking care of myself kind of way.
And for me, that matters more.
Since July 2024, I’ve lost 70 pounds.
I’ve rebuilt strength.
I’ve reclaimed parts of myself I thought were gone.
And after watching my mom die of cancer in June 2024— I don’t take any of this lightly.
I know I can’t control everything. But, I can commit to daily practices that support my body, my health, and my future.
That’s what this is. Not perfection. Not even prevention guarantees.
But it is intention. And my body and my mind are taking notice.
Final Thoughts
I’m really pleased with Cymbiotika after 30+ days.
I’m continuing with it. I’m curious about what comes next (especially the FREE Liposomal Magnesium Complex starter pack they’re sending me — because sleep and fibro are a whole thing).
I also stopped the autorenewal for the Liver Health+ and decided to add, Irish Sea Moss for digestive wellness and complexion support, as well as Liposomal NAD+ known for supporting cellular energy production, healthy aging and skin tone. Um, yes please to all.
And I’ll keep sharing as I go.
Because that’s what this space is, not expert advice. Not influencer hype.
Just one human’s real experiences, shared in real time— who is still becoming.
