I haven’t worked out in two weeks. I’ve been traveling, grieving, emotionally drained, and deeply tired. The kind of tired that pulls you back toward the bed instead of forward toward the reformer.


But today, I got dressed.

Not for anyone. Not for Instagram. Not even for the workout.


I put on a cute outfit — one I love from @juststrong and @crzyoga_us .

And I looked in the mirror and thought: Okay. I like this version of me.


It wasn’t the outfit that got me to Pilates. It was the shift. The small spark.

The reminder that when I feel good, I tend to do good. That sometimes it’s not motivation, it’s momentum.


This is just one of the ways I walk myself back toward myself.
